We provide our clients with the highest-quality and most feature-rich product on the market for event organisers. That is why, naturally, our branding appears on all registration pages, on tickets, in emails, and on the equipment we use.
However, if you are an intermediary (contractor/agency), or even a direct client, but you wish or need to remove any references to RegToEVENT – our service is ready replace our branding and logos with the client’s.
However, as the service is provided ‘as is’, we charge an additional fee for manual changes.
In the standard ticket templates, you can remove the RegToEVENT logo if you wish, or leave a blank space, or add the organiser’s logo in its place.

If you want to use your own stunning font in the ticket layout, the guest’s first name and surname
may be printed in standard fonts such as Arial, Calibri or Tahoma. This is because the organiser’s
fonts do not always support the Cyrillic alphabet or certain characters in Ukrainian,
German, Estonian, Czech and other languages.
The organiser provides their own ticket template, complete with their branding, colours, fonts and design preferences, and our technical specialists format this template and link it to your event. The RegToEVENT logo will not appear on this design. The design requirements are exactly the same as in point 2.
If you want emails containing tickets and other informational newsletters to be sent on behalf of your sender, you can link your accounts with the email service providers with whom we have , and then all mailings will be sent on your behalf from the account you use on the service.

However, no additional debits are made from the balance in our system for sending messages.
If you want participants to receive SMS messages containing tickets and various informational updates from your Alpha name, you can use your TurboSMS account by linking it in the event settings.

All emails and SMS messages regarding registration or tickets are sent to participants with standard text and subject line. These texts have been approved by payment systems and regulatory bodies. If you would like a separate text or subject line to be sent for your event, we can customise this specifically for that event. On average, this takes 1 to 3 working days from the time payment is received.
If you want to remove our logo from the registration form page, remove certain sections, or, conversely, add them.
The price depends on exactly what you want to add.
When you book our 'turnkey check-in' service, we bring our own equipment to the venue. The equipment is branded with our logos. Our staff arrive in corporate uniforms, also featuring our branding.
At your request, and for an additional fee, we are happy to brand the equipment for your event with your logos, images, etc.
And our staff will adhere to the dress code you set or are happy to wear your promotional clothing.
Please note!
Additional branding of the equipment for your event takes some time. Therefore,
this option must be ordered no later than 7 days before the event date.
The cost of this option is from €1,500.
Delivery times depend on current workload and average between 3 and 7 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
